Sorry about the delay guys, no I'm not dead contrary to popular belief. ;-)

Honestly, not much has really happened lately. Teeth are fine, all is well there. The holes in my head are now slowly filling in. So all is good on that front. School has started back up, and things are going well on that front, taking 16 credit hours this semester, which should keep me busy and has been for the most part. Some interesting classes though like High Performance Computer Arch. and Masterpieces. Going to be fun, but a lot of work all told.

Funny thing did happen to me the other day though. I was called up to do some computer work for a friend of a friend who happens to be this nice older lady and her husband. Well as I was working on her computer (this was the "first" time I had met her, or so I thought) she made mention that about a year earlier she was working at a local store that happens to sell text books, which I refer to as "Book and Crook" (hey text books are expensive no matter how you slice it and I have to blame someone for it! I mean I spent just SHY of $300 on textbooks for this semester!) anyway, apparently she was working there during the rush sesson (when all the students are buying their text books) and she was having trouble with the computer checkout system. A young man happened to be checking out and was in a bit of a hurry I guess, suggested a fix to her on how to keep going (if memory serves me right it was hit alt+tab) and whalah problem solved. She thought this was wonderful and took down his name and number in case she needed computer work done in the future.

Fast Forward a year now. I'm sitting in this ladies basement fixing the problems on her computer and she's looking through a pile of papers and has just told me the story of this nice young man. She also mentions that somewhere in this pile of papers is the information for him. Now for the record the story sounds like me, but for the life of me I could not remember this so I claimed it probably wasn't me. Well several minutes later she finds the paper and low and behold, it has my name and home phone number on it. So here I was doing work for someone I didn't know before doing the work and I had already helped her once before ;-) small world (it gets smaller she's good friends with my boss too!)

So that was amusing and brought me a smile :-) Other than that, glad to hear that the Patriots won the Superbowl (I was at an RPG having a much better time than watching it)

BUT I have 3/4 of the family in my room right now, and it's 2:37am, thus meaning I can't go to sleep as I would have nearly a half an hour ago, and I don't know when I WILL get to go to sleep now (mind you my brother is in worse, he's the reason we are up and he has to be up in like 3-4hrs for school) so yeah, I'm stuck being awake when I'm dead tired and wanted to try and get to bed early tonight..... go figure (partially my own fault didn't make it home till 1:30am).
